All written strategy guides, walkthroughs, build analyses, original SVG diagrams, and original images on solateria.com ("Our Content") are the editorial work of the solateria.com team and are released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) unless otherwise noted on a specific page.

Under that license, you may share and adapt Our Content for non-commercial purposes, provided you (a) credit solateria.com, (b) link back to the original page, and (c) release any derivative work under the same license. Commercial reuse (including paid YouTube videos, paid newsletters, or paid courses) requires our written permission — contact us.

3. Third-Party Content & Trademarks

Solateria, 火靈之源, and Fire Spirit Source are trademarks of Studio Doodal. All game-related names, character names, item names, location names, logos, and screenshots referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners. We use them under fair use for editorial commentary, criticism, and educational purpose.

solateria.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Studio Doodal. To purchase the game, please visit the official Steam store page or the Nintendo eShop.

4. User Conduct

When interacting with the Service (e.g., via the contact form, future community features, or social channels), you agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Submit spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional material.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service, including by scraping, brute-forcing, or attempting to bypass rate limits.
• Impersonate the solateria.com team, Studio Doodal, or any other person or entity.

5. Accuracy of Information

Solateria receives regular patches and balance changes. While we make a good-faith effort to keep all strategies, stats, and locations current, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information on the Service is 100% accurate or up to date at all times. Use the strategies at your own risk. If you spot an error, please let us know and we will verify and update.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Service contains outbound links to third-party sites (Steam, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, etc.) and displays ads served by Google AdSense and other vetted ad networks. We do not control third-party sites or ad creative and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Clicking a third-party link or ad is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and privacy policy.
